Trained in various technical skills and people skills and having interacted with global cultures and colleagues, being empathetic, having the patience to listen, working in global teams; quick decision making, learning & teaching came naturally to me where I was responsible to on board new colleagues into the system, impart technical skill, all along learning from every experience I gained personally and professionally.<\/div>\n
I was the first trained member to represent Lufthansa India globally in the Customer Relations Action Team that was part of the Special Action Team who were specially trained to handle aviation crisis and incidents.<\/div>\n
