ABOUT FOUNDER

History

Kusum Parmar

Hi, I am an artist by profession, worked in the field of painting and art for almost 35 years. I came across different art forms such as traditional, folk art and abstract painting while working as an artist.

I have done canvas paintings and painting exhibitions in Mumbai, Dehli, Aurangabad, and in abroad (Indonesia, London). I started exploring and started experimenting on different techniques, designs on various utility products like fabric bags, saree covers, coasters, cap, Canvas shoes, jewelry, painted umbrella, I got a huge response and encouragement to start a new venture named VASTRALIPI, in 2015.

We are wholesaler of all types of handcrafted painted articles, artifact decorative patterns, affordable and customisable designs on fabrics with some ethnic touch.

We are contributing to mother nature by avoiding plastics and trying to make Eco-friendly, attractive things on fabrics like cotton, khadi and silk.
